Hiya! As you have probably guessed by now my name is Dana. I'm 17 (18 on Jan 13th!) and a senior in highschool. I live in a small town in Connecticut and contrary to popular belief, it is not like gilmore girls ):
I have brown hair, green eyes, and im pretty pale. I'm about 5'5 and im about average weight (although Id like to lose about 6 pounds) I'm Ukranian, Irish, Polish, German, and Slovak. Ukranian = Ukraine. Most people havent heard of it so yea. There ya go. Slovak = Slovak (land? idk). I don't know what I look like? Probably Ukranian? Who knows. My nose is big though.
Kay so, I'm an only child, but I have a 1/2 brother and 1/2 sister. Thats what theyre called I guess? Not step, but kinda like it? Yea. So yea, instead of siblings I have pets. 2 dogs and a cat and some fish? I've had three dogs total but we had to put down my first dog, Chrissy, on June 1st 2007. She ended up having cancer and was on chemo but the cancer had already done its job. That was probably one of the hardest things in my life. Watching my dog go to sleep forever. We also had my welsh-corgie-chihuahua mix, Rico at the time and he became really depressed after she passed so we got him a friend to play with about a month or so later. We adopted a dog from the SPCA. She was a mutt they had rescued from Puerto Rico. Her name was Jade when we got her and it didnt fit so of course I had to come up with a new name. She went from Jade to Jay to Lilly to Daisy. I'm really indecisve. Poor dog. Hopefully when I have kids I'll be able to chose easier. I also have a cat named Shadow. She was my first pet ever? Maybe 2nd after my hermit crab that died like 4 days after I got it. Idk. Shes old tho. Sadly she still kills stuff and leaves it on our deck in all its headless glory. At like 15 yrs or w/e you'd think she'd stop it. I also have these fish which I got like 6 years ago. No joke. They will not die. They are invincible. They are all named "fish".
I'll be applying to colleges soon. Only three. All my friends are applying to like 7+ then theres me with my awesome three.
I really want to go to school for a B.S (?) in Hospitality and Tourism with a focus on event management.
AKA: I want to be an event planner. My dream would be to be a "fashion events producer". I want to run fashion shows somewhere. At first I was hellbent on France but now NYC doesnt seem bad (:
